this one in english again because i need all the help i can get.i'm continuing where i left off with the masakari post...WELCOME BACK TO NERDVANA:the dudes of HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH seem to like unusual formats when it comes to releasing their aural assaults of musick.they put out a 5",a 6" and a 10" so far.
but this time they top all of that with a 5,25 zoll floppy disk limitied to 100 pieces which contains only one song.as with the masakari 7" rob and i of course had to order 2 copies haha!
now to all of you : it's pretty hard to find an old computer which still has a floppy disk drive in these days.so if any of you knows how to transfer the included song off of the disk onto a pc let me know.
UPDATE: i got in contact with mike from HOD to clarify -> the song on the disk is NOT "archaic technologies" from the "show us the meaning of haste" lp.it can only be found on the floppy disk.so help me out here!

I very much want this as well. But you're in luck as this song is on the "Show Us the Meaning of Haste" LP!
the hod guys told me that the song on there is only released on the floppy disk.i'll write them again to clarify.
I'm also sure this song is on the Dead Stare split, but then again I'm not in the band. Mike is a super nice dude, we've shortly conversed through e-mail a few times.

This is Archaic Technologies II, not on any previously recorded releases. If anyone has this floppy and has the ability to rip it, please do ! I have everything by H.O.D. except this one.
They make USB floppy drives, you can probably find a used one online
It's weird that I happened upon this blog...we recorded this Hummingbird track in my garage (along with "Show Us..." and the HOD/Titanarum split 12"). I think I heard talk of this mp3 being posted after the floppy disks are sold out...it's 15 seconds of awesomeness.
